Subject:	Discount on Membership Payment

	The ANSTI Secretariat will give a discount of 10% to 
institutions which make a one time payment of three years (i.e pay 
membership fees for three years at once).  If your institution would 
like to take this offer please let us know, so that we can send you an 
amended invoice.
