Dear Participant,
 
The Organizing Committee of COVIDSET 2007 has made arrangements for 
your transfer from Oliver Tambo Airport in Johannesburg  to your hotel 
as follows:
 
*On arrival at the airport please look out for 2C-AFRIQUE TOURS AND 
SAFARIS staff who will meet you at the arrival lounge at the 
airport.   ALL participants have been booked at the ESKOM CONVENTION 
CENTRE where the meeting will take place EXCEPT those who have 
requested to be booked at PROTEA HOTEL.  
 
*In case your flight delays and you arrive later than the schedule we 
already have, please call Ms Melandie Swanepoel, Function Coordinator, 
Tel: 011 651 632 at the ESKOM CENTRE who will arrange transport for 
you.
 
*Please note that ALL participants are booked to CHECK-IN on 24 
September 2007 AND check out ON 28 September 2007 EXCEPT those who 
have been otherwise advised by the Secretariat.
